About Landed
Hard no. Landed never applies to a job on your behalf, auto-responds to recruiters, or takes any action in your search without your review. The agent reads your email and updates your pipeline. Every response you send, every application you submit, is a decision you make. We give you the context and the draft. You control the send button.
Landed is not a fire-and-forget tool. It is a command center for a deliberate search. The coaching layer watches your pipeline and tells you what needs attention — applications going quiet, follow-up windows closing, interviews coming up. Pro users get a draft message included. You review it, edit it if needed, and decide whether to send. The coaching layer is an advisor. You are still running your search.

It came out of a real need — the kind of search where a missed follow-up or a stale pipeline can cost you the role.
How it works
Email and Data
You connect your iCloud or Gmail account with read-only access. Landed never sends email, deletes messages, or modifies your inbox in any way. Twice a day, the agent scans for recruiting signals — interview confirmations, status updates, rejections, offer letters — and pulls the relevant data into your pipeline automatically. You open the app and it is already current.
iCloud Mail and Gmail are supported at launch. Microsoft Outlook is coming shortly after. You do not need to change your email provider. Landed connects to whichever account your recruiting email lands in.
Yes. Your email credentials are encrypted using industry-standard envelope encryption. Plaintext credentials are never stored anywhere in our system. Raw email content is processed to extract structured data and then discarded. We do not store your emails and we do not use your data to train AI models. Free gives you passive email tracking and automatic pipeline updates for up to 5 applications. That is genuinely useful for someone early in their search or running a focused pipeline. Pro removes the application limit, adds twice-daily agent runs, and unlocks the full coaching layer including AI-drafted follow-up messages. The free tier is not a teaser. It is the right tool for a lighter search. Pro is for when the pipeline gets serious.
Beta is launching soon. All beta users get full Pro access at no cost during that period. When billing opens, founding members lock in $10 a month for their first three months as a thank-you for being here early. You will get advance notice before anything changes. No surprises.
You cancel and we celebrate. No questions asked, no retention tactics. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation in case you need it. Getting you out of a job search as fast as possible is the whole point. That is what Landed means.
